A BROCHURE BOX
This is an important piece to the puzzle. it contains the marketing brochures so that potential buyers who may be passing your home have the pertinent information about your property.
As many of you are keenly aware, buyers are doing more and more searching online. We developed a series of resources to bring your home to those buyers in efficient ways. We have implemented our "online listing distribution system". This system distributes your home's information to hundreds of real estate related websites. We have also embraced social media by utilizing services like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and most recently Instagram to share home information in an interactive way.
AVAILABILITY TO ACCESS AND SHOW THE HOME
All of these marketing efforts can be in vein if you don't have any way for buyers to view the home. We utilize a showing appointment service that communicates with you to to schedule an appointment that fits your schedule. Not only do they schedule the showings, but they assist in gathering feedback from the showing agents so that both you and your agent are on top of what buyers are thinking about your home.
We also use an electronic lock box system for accessing the home while your away. You provide us with a copy of the key and it is kept in a blue box attached to your one of your entry doors By utilizing this system, and since each key is assigned to an individual agent, it provides a built in security feature by keeping a list of the date and time that every agent has entered your home.
Scheduled at a date that works for you, and we will make it happen. Open houses are not always the key to selling homes, but the do offer the buying public the opportunity to view your home and perhaps recommend it to family or friends if it is not the right home for them.
